Unser Lead Leveldesigner hat uns eine tolle Mail geschrieben nach dem das erste Feedback der SP demo kam und er hat so verdammt recht. Es ist schon ein toller Beruf auch wenn man so viel verdient:
This is the best time, the time we all have waited for. The time others will play what we created, where they will dive into the fictional world we made for them to dream of being somebody else, a hero, for a few hours. Embrace it, open your hearts to let it refill what got drained in the long stretch to get there. And this is just the start. This is what some us, who have been working on Far Cry, told you about. How much the positive reactions from the community - from the people out there meant for us. How much it meant to have created something meaningful, so people getting glowing eyes telling you the best moments they had with the game. How much respect you will get from people working in the industry once they know you worked on this game.
I am proud of what we have manage to create and thankful for the hard work you have put into it!
This is the time that will make up for all the late hours, for all the struggle and second guessing we had while being in the trenches. Enjoy it and let it wash away all the sorrows there have been.
