Pixelsnap

There is a nice snapping option in the uv editor. In the right bottom corner you will find a snapping icon with the help of you can change/activate pixel snap (the icon with "p") and grid snapping.
So if you activate pixel snap, the uv verts will snap to the pixel of the texture. You can change die resolution of the snapping grid by changing the render texture size in the uv options (uv edtiro > options > render width/height).
You ask why? Sometimes it's possible that a uv verts laying between some pixels. So you get no correct pixel projection but a interpolated color (interpolate between the pixels around the uv vert).
I heard you can see that effect in Gothic 3. The UVs of the face are mirrored and if the game downsizes the texture, you get a one pixel line in the middle of the face. The guy told me that said, that is not the common mipmap effect...
