Cut tool snaps to every point in the scene except the aim

If your Cut Tools makes shit, try to disable the Snap Options:

Customize menu > Grid And Snap Settings > Grid And Snap Settings dialog > Snaps

In my case i had activate some of this Options an after i had disabled some of them it works fine.



NEW:

I got the same problem but no snapping tool was enabled. The problem could be solved using "reset x form"! Reset you Object and see whats happened. In my special case all Normals flipped. I had to flip them back and then all works fine!
