I had the pleasure to share knowledge in form of a talk at GDC22, UnrealFest, ADDON and DAC.

Being a Tech Art Detective – I present my ways of finding out how cool tech art tricks in games are done.

Add Motion to Concept Art – I show how to animate a still image with simple tools of Unreal.

Textures for VFX (ADDON) – An overview about the different ways of texture creation for VFX. For this talk I improved my example project.

Stylized VFX in RiME (Water Edition) – A deep dive into the VFX of RiME. For this talk I replaced the part about my waterfalls with a water shader from the game.

Cool Stuff with Textures – I explain that textures are “just data” and how to use this data for all kinds of effect instead of “just” giving color to an object.
