Skills

Teamwork
I love teamwork and because of my basic programming skills I never had a problem to work together with programmers.

Communication
I don't like useless work and departments ignoring the rest of the company. So I always think about my tasks, ask when I have a question and try to make sure, that my asset is suitable to the game world and workflow of the rest of the team.

Documentation
I never had a problem to write down my workflow or new learned techniques into a documentation. At Studio 2 I relaunched an old wiki and since that we created a very useful art documentation.

Deadline
I always try to make the assets as good as I can but if there is a time limit, I have no problem to decrease the amount of work/time/details to hold the deadline.
